What to do in an emergency If you have a flat tire (with Tire Mobility Kit)
Safe use of the Tire Mobility Kit
僅 Stop the vehicle in a safe, level place
away from traffic.
僅 Set the parking brake.
僅 Only use the Tire Mobility Kit for seal
-
ing/inflating passenger vehicle tires.
僅 Do not remove any foreign objects
from the tire.
僅 Read the precautionary advice
printed on the sealant bottle before
using the Tire Mobility Kit.
僅 Leave the vehicle running. Operating
the Tire Mobility Kit may drain the
battery.
僅 Never leave the Tire Mobility Kit unat
-
tended while it is being used.
僅 Do not leave the compressor running
for more than approximately 10 min
-
utes at a time or it may overheat.
僅 Do not use the Tire Mobility Kit if the
ambient temperature is below -30 °C
(-22 °F).
僅 Do not use the Tire Mobility Kit if the
tire and wheel are damaged.
