Features of your vehicle Mirrors
Folding the outside rearview mir

ror
Manual type (if equipped)
To fold the outside rear view mirror,
grasp the housing of the mirror and then
fold it toward the rear of the vehicle.
Electric type (if equipped)
To fold the outside rear view mirror
depress the button. To unfold it, depress
the button again.
僅 With remote key and smart key
- The mirror will fold or unfold when
the door is locked or unlocked by
the remote key or the smart key. (if
equipped)
僅 With smart key
- The mirror will fold or unfold when
the door is locked or unlocked by
the button on the outside door han
-
dle (if equipped).
- The mirror will unfold when you
approach the vehicle (all doors
closed and locked) with a smart key
in possession (if equipped).
僅 Auto folding function
- For Type A cluster (segment)
If you press the outside mirror fold
-
ing button (1) 5 seconds more, the
function will be On or Off. When
you turn on the function, the warn
-
ing sound will be heard once and
turn off the function, the warning
sound will be heard twice.
The function is On by default.
- For Type B cluster (supervision)
You can activate or deactivate the
function by selecting 'User Settings
(LCD display) or Settings → Vehicle
(Infotainment System screen) →
Convenience → Welcome mirror/
light'.
CAUTION
The electric type outside rear view mir
-
ror operates even though the ignition
switch or ENGINE START/STOP button is
in the LOCK or OFF position. However,
to prevent unnecessary battery dis
-
charge, do not adjust the mirrors longer
than necessary whilst the engine is not
running.
CAUTION
In case it is an electric type outside rear
view mirror, don't fold it by hand. It could
cause motor failure.
