Seat

WARNING

3rd row seat

3rd row occupants should always 
remain in the center of the seat 
cushion so the occupants' heads are 
protected by the headrest. If not, 
the liftgate may hit the occupant's 
head, which could cause injury.

Rear seat adjustment (VIP Lounge 
Seat) (if equipped)

CAUTION

䳜 Passenger䳓s attention is required 

when the VIP Lounge Seat is 
operating.

䳜 Be careful not to pinch your body 

or objects while the seat is oper

-

ating. (Do not operate the Seat if 
you have a 3rd row seat occupant 
or other load.)

䳜 Do not operate two types of seat 

controls (switches) at the same 

time as this can damage the seat 
system.

Forward and backward adjustment 
(VIP Lounge Seat)

To move the seat forward or back

-

ward:
1. Pull the seat slide adjustment 

lever up and hold it.

2. Slide the seat to the position you 

desire.

3. Release the lever and make sure 

the seat is locked in place.

Adjust the seat before driving, and 
make sure the seat is locked 
securely by trying to move forward 
and backward without using the 
lever. If the seat moves, it is not 
locked properly.
