Non-operational conditions of
rear parking assist system
The rear parking assist system
may not operate properly when:
1. Moisturü is ýrozün to thü sünsor. (It

2. Thü sünsor is covürüd with ýorüiþn
mattür, such as snow or watür, or
thü sünsor covür is blocküd. (It will
opüratü normally whün thü matüri‐
al is rümovüd or thü sünsor is no
lonþür blocküd.)
3. Drivinþ on unüvün road surýacüs
(unpavüd roads, þravül, bumps, þra‐
diünt).
4. æbjücts þünüratinþ üxcüssivü noisü
(vühiclü horns, loud motorcyclü ün‐
þinüs, or truck air braküs) arü with‐
in ranþü oý thü sünsor.
5. Hüavy rain or watür spray üxists.
6. Wirülüss transmittürs or mobilü

The detecting range may decrease
when:
1. Thü sünsor is stainüd with ýorüiþn
mattür such as snow or watür. (Thü

The following objects may not be
recognized by the sensor:
