The Driver Attention Warning (DAW)
system is designed to warn the
driver of potentially hazardous driv

ing situations if it detects inatten

tive driving practices.
NOTICE
The Driver Attention Warning sys
-
tem does not detect actual driver
fatigue or drowsiness. The system
monitors driving and provides a
warning if it detects inattentive
driving practices.
Setting and activating the DAW
The Driver Attention Warning sys
-
tem is in the Normal position, when
your vehicle is first delivered to you
from the factory.
To turn ON the Driver Attention
Warning system.
䳜 Turn on the vehicle, and then
select 'User Settings → Driver
Assistance → DAW (Driver Atten
-
tion Warning) → High sensitivity /
Normal sensitivity / Off' on the
LCD display.
The driver can select the Driver
Attention Warning system mode.
䳜 Off: The Driver Attention Warning
system is deactivated.
䳜 Normal sensitivity: The Driver
Attention Warning system alerts
