Keysight U2741A Programmer’s Reference Guide

*TRG

Syntax

*TRG

This command triggers a measurement from the remote interface only if the bus 

(software) trigger source is currently selected.

Remarks

After setting the trigger source, you must set the U2741A to the “wait-for-trigger” 

state using the 

INITiate

 command. The 

*TRG

 command will not be accepted 

unless the U2741A is in the “wait-for-trigger” state.
