Exploring the U2049XA Web Interface
You can use the U2049XA’s Web Browser Interface for remote access and control of the
instrument via a Web browser, such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge and Opera. Using
the Web Interface, you can configure, troubleshoot, and monitor your system remotely. This
section provides an overview of the U2049XA Web Interface.
Launching the web interface

Open your internet browser from your computer.

From
Tools > Internet Options
menu, navigate to
Connections
(exact navigation
depends on your browser), and then select
LAN Settings
.

From the LAN Settings dialog, select/activate
Bypass proxy server for local addresses
(exact terminology depends on your browser).

Exit the Options window.

Enter the IP address of the U2049XA in the Address field and press
Enter
.

After entering the appropriate IP address, the U2049XA Web Interface’s Welcome
Window should appear.
NOTE
This web interface is available for U2049XA X-Series Wide Dynamic Range Power Sensors
only.
