For Standard combination USB-RX & USB-TX & DP-TX
In the more complex setup for the standard combination USB-RX &
USB-TX & DP-TX, two or three switch stages must be taken into account
(depending on the tested standard (USB-TX or DP-TX) and lane.
For the DP tests, it is not required to embed any reference channel.
De-embeding of the affected switch stages with cables is sufficient.
