When running the KtScopeCal.exe application with the Sync mode options
"-a", "-p", or "-r", the oscilloscope modules automatically phase-lock their
timebases to the chassis' PXIe 100 MHz reference. Using the PXIe 100 MHz
reference signal is a requirement for Sync mode triggering (see
(Recommended) Phase-Lock Oscilloscope Sampling Clocks"
If you turn off the PXIe 100MHz ref signal on any module, clock phase
alignment between modules is lost, and the red unlocked image will re-appear.

When clock phase alignment is lost, use the
KtScopeCal -r
command to
reset/realign the clock phase. For example:
