Log into Keysight's licensing website to redeem your license at
www.keysight.com/find/softwaremanager

Enter the following information that is found from the E8718A certificate:
– Keysight Order Number
– Keysight Certificate Number

Get the Host ID from the E8718A's SFP.

On E8718A's SFP, launch "Installing License..." dialog box from menu ->
Utilities -> Licensing...

Copy the Host ID that is found on the "Installing License..." dialog box as
shown in

Enter the copied Host ID from the SFP.
