Verification Tests

Performance Verification

AC Current Gain Verification

Connect the AC Standard across the multimter’s I and LO input terminals as
shown in Figure 4-6.

Set up the multimeter as follows:
Reset multimeter

*RST

Configure for AC current (1 A)

CONF:CURR:AC 1

Select Slow AC filter

DET:BAND 3

Set the AC Standard controls as follows: Output 1 A Frequency 1kHz

Perform the measurement using the READ? command.

Verify the result is within specifed limits and record the result.

Change ranges using CURR:AC:RANG <range> and make a measurement for
each ACI input and range shown in Table 4-4 verifying the result is within
specifed limits. Record the result.

Perform the measurement using the READ? command.

Verify that the result is within specified limits and record the result.
