Setting the Low Terminal State
Low terminal state, ground or floating is set by the :OUTP:LOW command.
Example
ioObj.WriteString(":OUTP OFF")

Specifying the Output-Off Status
Output-off status is set by the :OUTP:OFF:MODE command.
