panel of the module. The serial number can also be read from the Soft Front Panel interface, but
only after the software is installed

4. If the original packing materials are not available, put the module in a sealed ESD bag and place that in a suit-
able, filled, shipping container. The shipping container must be large and strong enough to accommodate your
instrument and allow at least 3 to 4 inches (8 to 10 cm) on all sides for packing material. Mark the container
“FRAGILE”.
Damage can result if the original packaging materials are not used. Packaging materials should be
anti-static and cushion the instrument on all sides. NEVER USE STYRENE PELLETS IN ANY
SHAPE AS PACKAGING MATERIALS. They do not adequately cushion the instrument or prevent
it from moving in the shipping container. Styrene pellets can also cause equipment damage by
generating static electricity or by lodging in fan motors.
If any correspondence is required, refer to the product by model and serial numbers.
