GREASE POINTS
Lubricate the indicated grease nipples regularly, and every time you rinse off the machine,
to remove the water that has penetrated into the bearings during rinsing.
Inadequate lubrication can result in unnecessary wear and mechanical damage.
Use a universal lubricant.
IMPORTANT! Avoid over-lubricating. Dirt collects easily on exposed grease and causes increased
wear. After lubrication, wipe excess grease off from grease nipples and bearings.
FAULT MEASURE
The flail mower cuts unevenly or badly Check that all flails are intact and firmly in position.
Adjust the support roller and check that is in
the correct position.
Check the drive belts and tighten if necessary.
The cutting sound changes Check the roller.
Check the tension of the drive belts.
Check the flails.
Vibrations Check the flails.
Hydraulics do not work Check hoses and connections.
