Questionable event register
The used bits of the Questionable Event Register ( Figure 11-7 ) are described as follows:
•
Bits B0 through B3
— Not used.
•
Bit B4, Temperature Summary (Temp)
— Temperature summary bit.
•
Bits B5 through B7
— Not used.
•
Bit B8, Calibration Summary (Cal)
— Set bit indicates that an invalid calibration
constant was detected during the power-up sequence. The instrument will instead
use a default calibration constant. This error will clear after successful calibration
of the instrument.
•
Bit B9, Slot 1 Interlock Open (Int1)
— Set bit indicates that the interlock for the
module
in slot 1 is open.
•
Bit B10, Slot 2 Interlock Open (Int2)
— Set bit indicates that the interlock for the
module in slot 2 is open.
•
Bits B11 through B13
— Not used.
•
Bit B14, Command Warning (Warn)
— Set bit indicates that a Signal Oriented
Measurement Command parameter has been ignored.
•
Bit B15
— Not used.

Whenever a questionable event occurs, the ERR annunciator will turn on. The
annunciator will turn off when the questionable event clears.
