Details
This command sets the source limit for pulse outputs. The Model 2461 cannot source pulse levels
that exceed this limit.
The values that can be set for this command are limited by the setting for the overvoltage protection
limit. Also, if an interlock is not installed, the values are limited.
This value can also be limited by the measurement range. If a specific measurement range is set, the
limit must be more than 1 percent of the measurement range. If you set the measurement range to be
automatically selected, the measurement range is selected based on the pulse and bias limits.
If you change the source range to a level that is not appropriate for this limit, the instrument changes
the source limit to a limit that is appropriate to the range and a warning is generated.
Limits are absolute values.
