Excalibur™ Dehydrator

Dehydrating with Excalibur is easy and simple! Discover a new world full of delicious surprises!
And with these tips, you are sure to be completely successful!
· Thoroughly clean the product to be dried and generously cut out bad spots.
· Cut fruit into consistent slices. At first, try a thickness of approx. 5 mm.
· Apricots, nectarines, peaches, cherries, grapes, currants, plums, and other small soft types of
fruit can be halved or quartered for dehydration.
· Fruit and vegetables can also be dehydrated with their skin, i.e. apple rings or zucchini slices.
· Simply lay pieces or slices of fruit directly onto the screens. If you would like to spread a
creamy mixture (i.e. for raw food crackers), use baking parchment or Teflex Drying Sheets (see
pg. 19).
