2.3 GSM connection (optional)
Depending on the equipment of your charging station, a wireless connection via a mobile com-
munications network to an OCPP host (backend) can be established. The data exchange be-
tween the charging station and OCPP host then occurs via the mobile communications network.
Your mobile communications provider may charge additional fees (depending on the tariff) for
running data transmissions.
Rate of transmission:
● Minimum GPRS based on 900/1800MHz dual-band (Europe).
● 2G support.

2.3.1 SIM card
General
A standard SIM card for your desired mobile communi-
cations network can be inserted in the GSM module
(1) .
Open the connector panel cover of the charging
station to gain access to the GSM module.
