9.2.3 replacing the lining

Prevent damage to the hub by all means.

Be careful not to damage the lining by misaligned or tilted position-
ing.

The lining must not come into contact with cleaning agents or sol-
vents.
►
Contaminated linings must be replaced.

Dismount the brake (

Remove the lining (3) from the hub (2).

Place the lining straight on and slide it onto the hub.
►
The lining must slide smoothly onto the hub! The teeth of the hub and the lining
must not be damaged!
