Periodic Machine Cleaning

In order to maintain the capacity of this unit further longer the following periodic cleanings prior to use are
recommended.
Note) When you perform machine maintenance, make sure that the unit is turned off and the muffle heat is as low as room temperature
to prevent the cause of skin burn and electric shock.
Muffle Cleaning

When the chamber turns upside down for casting operation, metal debris, etc. in the muffle may result in
miscasting. We recommend you to use the dust collector provided referring to the following recommendations.

Figure 3. Take out the dust collector on the bottom to clean the dust. In reverse order, place the dust collector
and the casting ring stand back to its original position.
