2.4 Battery safety

Always use batteries that are approved by the

Handle the batteries with care. Do not subject the
batteries to mechanical shock. Risk of explosion.

Avoid short circuiting. Risk of injury and/or material
damage.

Do not mix old and new batteries or batteries of a
different manufacturer, capacity, size or type.

Never use or charge batteries that shows signs of
damage. If the batteries are deformed, too hot, smells,
stop charging of the batteries immediately.
●
Do not expose cells or batteries to heat or fire.
●
Do not dismantle, open or shred batteries.
●
Never attempt to modify or repair the batteries.
●
Do not allow battery content to come in contact with the
skin or eyes. If contact has been made, wash the affected
area with copious amounts of water and seek medical
advice.

Only use the supplied charger.
●
Never connect batteries directly to a power socket.
●
Stop the charging immediately if the charger shows signs
of damage, for example smell, smoke or noise.
●
Do not charge the batteries for more than 4 hours. This
will damage the batteries.
●
Do not charge the batteries near flammable substances.
●
Do not charge the batteries on electrical conductive
surface.
