7.2.1 Getting the device ready for use

Switch the power switch

to "OFF".

Unplug the power plug and disconnect the connecting cable to the equip-
ment.

Move the SMARTair into an accessible position.

Pull the filter drawer

out and take off the lid, if applic-
able.

apart to unlock the snap locks
and take off the cover

7.2.2 Changing the filter bag
Note
To keep the fan motor from being damaged, the filter chamber must be
checked for dust and cleaned if necessary before inserting a new filter bag.

Carefully take the filter bag

off the filter socket

and take out the filter.

Close the full filter bag with the adhesive strip

and dispose it

Check if the filter space contains dust and clean it according to need.
