3.8 Rotating movement motor replacement
Replace the rotating movement motor assembly from the rotating unit.
1.
Push the motor mount at the end of the rotating unit frame inwards to loosen the belt and drop
the belt off the sprocket.
2.
Detach the cable from the motor.
3.
Pull the motor mount and spring off the rotating unit frame.
4.
Put the new motor mount and spring to the rotating unit and connect the motor cable.
5.
Push the motor mount inwards and lift the belt up around the sprocket.
NOTICE!
Make sure that the belt is tight and has not fallen off the large sprocket.
What to do next:
• If the device is installed with PAN/3D wall bracket, continue to disassemble the device. See chapter
Prepare the device for disassembly
on page 27 for instructions.
• If the device is installed with the CEPH wall bracket in an applicable position, skip to chapter
on page 31 and continue the installation.
