Entering the PING command and a callsign, will send a special packet to the specified
station requesting a PING response with its current GPS position.
PMODE {CMD | CONV | TRANS}

The PMODE command controls the mode your MT1200 will be in when it is first
powered up or reset. When set to CMD, the MT1200 will produce a sign-on message
followed by the command prompt. When set to CONV, the unit will be in the Convers
Mode. Setting PMODE TRANS sets the MT1200 in Transparent Mode. Exiting
Transparent Mode with three <Ctrl+C>s will put the MT1200 in Command Mode.

This entry specifies the POLL address of this unit, When it is in POLL Intface mode. An
entry of 0000 designates this unit as a base unit. Entering a POLL address of 0001 to
9999 designates this unit as a remote, with the specified address. See the POLL mode
section of this manual.
RANGE a:b/c:d
default 0:255/0:255
The 2 A/D inputs are normally read by the microprocessor as a single byte value from 0
to 255, representing a voltage from 0 to +3.3 V on the analog input pin.
You can use the RANGE command to mathematically convert that single byte value to
any offset and scale you want. If you would like the input to be expressed as a voltage
with 2 decimal precision, for example, set the range for that analog pin as 0-3.30. If you
