Outdoor Two-Story Kitty House with Dining Room
To assemble the bottom floor of the house, stand the unit up and
open by unfolding the walls. Place the fleece pad inside the house
onto its floor. See Figure 1. If you purchased the unheated model
move to step 4. For the heated model, proceed to step 3.
For the heated model, thread the cord of the fleece pad through
the cord hole located at the back of the house. See Figure 2.
For additional instructions on setting up your heated pad see
reverse side of this sheet.
Locate the roof panels, upstairs house structure, first floor unit
and 2 pads.

Optional clear door flaps can be removed or attached from the
inside using the hook and loop material. Adjust the doors to
ensure free swinging. Press firmly. See Figure 3.
NOTE: If you decide at this point that you are going to add food
and water bowls to the dining room section of the house once
assembly is complete, (See Figure 7), then don’t attach the dining
room roof at this point. The roof can be installed last once you have
located where you are going to place the two story kitty house.
Next, assemble the upstairs house structure by raising up both
sides and one of the door panels of the house to meet one
another. Once those 3 panels are upright, line up the hook
and loop material sewn along the edges and press firmly to
fasten them together. See Figure 4.
With the last door panel open, place the black pad inside the house.
Next locate the hook and loop material on the underside of
the largest roof panel. Firmly attach it to the tops of the house
structure but leave one door end panel open. Press all hook
and loop firmly for good adhesion. See Figure 5.
Optional clear door flaps can be removed or attached from the
inside using the hook and loop material. Adjust the doors to
ensure free swinging. Press firmly. See Figure 3.
To close the house, attach the remaining door end panel to the
hook and loop material on the underside of the roof panel and
the 2 side panels. Press firmly for good adhesion. See Figure 6.
If you haven’t installed the smaller roof panel onto the dining
room area you can add food and water bowls before doing
so. See Figure 7. Line up the hook and loop on the house
structure to the roof. See Figure 8. Press all hook and loop
firmly for good adhesion. Remove roof to refill food and water.

Care Instructions:
Wash the bed’s faux fleece cover on gentle cycle with cold water then
line dry. To clean the Kitty House, wipe with a damp cloth.
Care instructions for the Heated Pad on reverse side.

Our warranty is as follows:
K&H Pet Products warrants to the original consumer, that this
product will be free of defects and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of
purchase. The manufacturer’s liability hereunder is limited to replacement of the product. This
warranty is void if the product has been damaged by accident, unreasonable use, neglect,
tampering, or other causes not arising from defects in material and workmanship.
To exercise your warranty: If, during the warranty period, your product malfunctions,
return it to the place of purchase with your original purchase receipt. If this cannot be
done, return the product, postage prepaid, to K&H Pet Products, with a dated proof of pur-
chase or original date receipt. A return authorization number can be obtained by calling
(719)591-6950 and must accompany all returns to manufacturer. Please include a note
explaining the problem when returning the product.
