*Steak:
-Steak can be cooked on the grill or can be cooked with the air fryer STEAK preset.
GRLL function: use the grill grate and preheat it to 500°F, generously season steak
with salt & pepper and cook for 4 minutes per side if you prefer a medium rare
steak; adding time for a more well-done steak.
Air fryer STEAK function: preheat the MAXX to 500°F, cook the meat in the air frying
basket on the fast air fry position 4 minutes per side, using the baking tray
underneath to catch any run-off.
*Chicken
-Use the Chicken preset when cooking a whole chicken. This preset will
automatically turn on the rotisserie function. If cooking chicken breasts, chicken
cutlets or single chicken pieces, use the Grill preset.
OVEN
This mode is for use of the bake, broil, pastry, pizza, proof, roast, toast, and grill
functions. Place the baking tray or air rack with food inside the oven. Use the
selector dial to select a preset and touch Start/Stop to start cooking. As with
any traditional oven, the bake functions generate more heat in the back than
in the front, near the doors. To ensure even results, rotate your baked goods
180° halfway through the cooking time. Simply rotate the baking tray with food
