Repair (Cab Suspension Assembly Removal)

1. Park the vehicle on firm level ground.

2. Raise and support the cab.

3. After the cab is raised and supported, briefly press the cab

“tilt” switch to the “DOWN” position. This will evacuate extra
fluid from the cylinder.

4. Disconnect and cap the hydraulic lines (1) connected to the

latch at the top of the suspension assembly.

5. Disconnect the air line (2) from the leveling valve on the

suspension assembly.

6. Remove the four mounting bolts (3, 4) securing the suspen-

sion assembly to the frame rail (driver's side).

Turn on air ride air valve.
