E. Primary Cooking Surfaces:
The grill grates are crafted from thick stainless steel plate that is laser-cut into
a pattern that promotes browning and prevents small foods from falling through.

Heavy gauge stainless steel diffusers sit between the burners and cooking surfaces. The
special patterns and angles diffuse the main burner heat.
