➤ Open the left-hand door.
Cleaning the dirt trap:
1. Unscrew the plug

and remove the strainer.
2. Loosen the union nut

and detach the condensate drain hose

from the dirt trap.
3. Use the small screwdriver to unscrew the nozzle

from the dirt trap housing.
4. Clean the nozzle, strainer, screw plug, O-ring
5
and dirt trap housing
9
with cleaning solvent
or spirit.
5. Check the nozzle, strainer and O-ring for wear.
Replace components if they are heavily worn.
6. Place the strainer on the screw plug.
7. Screw in the plug making sure the O-ring seats properly.
8. Screw in the nozzle and re-attach the condensate drain hose.
Making operational:
1. Reconnect the negative battery terminal.
2. Close the door.
Starting the machine and performing a test run:
1. Switch the machine on and run it in IDLE mode for approx. 5 minutes.
2. Shut down the machine.
3. Wait until the machine has automatically vented.
Pressure gauge reads 0 bar.
