Operation Theory

4.2 Isolated Digital Output Channels

The digital output on JYTEK PCI-67432, PCI-67432HIR, PCI-

67434, PXI-67432, PXI-67434, PXI-67434P, cards are isolated by

photocouplers with Darlington arrays. The Darlington arrays pro

vide two different output architectures in different cards, common

ground (sinking current) and common power (sourcing current).

Please note that each card can support only one output architec

ture. The following table shows the supporting architecture of each

card.
