Remote control
stops working
Unplug TV, several minutes later plug it in
again.

TV screen is frozen
Touch “MENU” (TV) and continuously press,
“ ” ,“ ” (remote) with under 2 seconds
of interval.
Unplug TV, several minutes later plug it in
again.


Forgot my PIN code!
The default PIN code is “0000”. If you forget
the numbers that you used to change the
default PIN code, first input “0081” in the
“Enter PIN code” and then register a new
PIN code. (P. 34)

Locked channels
can be watched
without inputting PIN
code
Once the PIN code is input, the lock
functions (“Lock” and “Maturity Rating”)
are released. If you want to use the lock
functions again, turn the TV off and then turn
it on again.

The TV suddenly
turned off
If the TV is turned on by using “Hand Clap
Function” and no operation is made by a
remote or a touch censor for 3 hours the TV
will automatically turn off (P. 18).

Some functions do
not work
It is not a malfunction. Depending on
the situation, some function items will be
displayed in gray colour and will not work.
