Setting up Maturity Rating
Depending on the Digital terrestrial
broadcasting (DVB-T) programmes being
received, the Maturity Rating data may
also be broadcast together with the
programmes (as indicated by the Maturity
Rating icon in programme
information). You can set up the Maturity
Rating so programmes of a higher rating
than that set cannot be viewed unless a
correct PIN code is entered.
1 Enable the Parental Control
function
See “Enabling/disabling the Parental
Control function” on page 33.
2 In the Parental Control menu, press
the

buttons and choose
Maturity Rating, then press the
5
buttons and choose a rating
• If you want to disable the Maturity
Rating function, choose None or set
the Parental Control function to
Disabled.
3 Press the OK button
Changing PIN code
You can use this function to change the
PIN code for the Parental Control
function.
• If you have not changed the PIN code,
the factory-set PIN code is
0000
.
• If you forget your PIN code, you need
to reset the TV to Factory Settings (see
“Factory Settings” on page 32.) and
specify a new PIN code.
1 Enable the Parental Control
function

Control function” on page 33.
2 In the Parental Control menu, press
the red button
The PIN Code Change window appears.
3 Press the number buttons to input
the current PIN code
• When you are making this setting for
the first time, input
0000
.
• When a PIN code has already been set,
enter the correct PIN code.
4 Press the Number buttons to input
a new PIN code
5 Input the new PIN code again
Your newly chosen PIN code is now set.
You will now need to use the PIN code
you chose here for the Parental Control
functions.
