SPECIFICATIONS

To ensure safe operation, check your device’s

compatibility with Power Bank specifications prior to use

USE

Charge the Power Bank until the LCD Power Display reads
“99”. This may take up to 10 hours and may fluctuate
depending on the charging power source. To check the
Power Bank’s battery level press the Power Button.

Important: Before first use, charge the power bank a full
12 hours. After the initial charge, normal charging will
take 10 hours.

1.  Charging the Power Bank:

Plug the supplied Micro USB cable into the Power

Bank’s Micro USB Input Port. Next, insert the USB
end of the charging cable into a computer or AC
power source with a USB Output Port of 5V. While
charging, the LCD Power Display will turn ON. Once
fully charged, the LCD Power Display will read “99”.

*It is recommended to keep charging the unit for
approximately 1 hour after the LCD shows “99”.

2. Charging Your Smartphone, Etc:

Using your device’s supplied charging cable (Apple

®

Lightning

cable, Micro USB cable, etc.), plug your

smartphone, tablet or other USB powered device into
one of the USB Output Ports of the Power Bank.
Once your device is plugged in, it will automatically
begin charging. Charging will continue until your
device is fully charged or the Power Bank has drained.

Please Note: If you have a high powered device such
as a tablet, it is recommended to use the 2.1A Output
Port for an optimal charging experience.

Important: Please check for voltage compatibility with

your device prior to use.

PLEASE NOTE

•  The Power Bank comes pre-packaged with a partial

charge, NOT a full charge. We recommend fully
charging your Power Bank before first use for best
performance.

•  If your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.) is not charging,

this may be a sign that the battery level of the Power
Bank is very low and you need to recharge it.

•  Your Power Bank includes a special Micro USB to USB

cable. Some devices, namely BlackBerry

®

 devices,

REQUIRE this cable for charging. If you do not use this
cable, your device might not charge.

•  In some instances, some older Samsung

®

 Tablets

require you to turn OFF the tablet prior to charging with
the Power Bank.

•  It is normal for the Power Bank to become slightly

warm during use.

•  Up to three devices can be charged simultaneously

depending on the required power demand. The Power
Bank has an automatic load balancing system that will
prioritize its outputs to optimize charging. In the event
that three high-powered devices with depleted
batteries are plugged in, the 2.1A USB port will
provided priority amongst all others. If your devices
require too much power, it is a possibility that only 2
USB ports will work.

•  In rare circumstances, if the Power Bank is not working

properly when charging multiple devices please
disconnect all external devices and charge the Power
Bank for a few minutes to reset the unit.

MAINTENANCE

In order to keep your Power Bank operating at maximum
potential, please follow these guidelines:

1.

Recharge the Power Bank every 2 months when not in

use. Charge to at least 40%, as this will extend the
battery life.

2.

Keep your Power Bank dry and away from moist and

corrosive materials. DO NOT get wet. In addition,
never expose to high heat environments. Avoid
extreme temperatures of hot or cold as it will decrease
the overall battery performance.
