In general, the Extender works in its best performance when the strength of signal the
Extender receives is between 50% and 75% (when it shows signal of 2 to 3 bars on the settings
page of the Extender).

Check the network speed when your mobile device connects to the router directly at that
position.
If the wireless network speed of the router is similar to that of the Extender, the connection is
normal.
When the wireless network speed of the router is faster than that of the Extender, please
check the following:

Check the location of the Extender. Do NOT put it at a corner.
②
Check if the antennas of the Extender and the router are in parallel. Antennas aligned in
parallel ensure better connection.
③
If it still does not work, reset the Extender, and try connecting the Extender to the router
again.
