65008 Change wheel: Y limit reached !!!
Situation: During Machining Dressing and when the wheel data is activated.
Conse-
quences: The wheel cannot be edited or activated.
Meaning: The control program checks whether the limit value set in the tool
management mask has been reached, then outputs the message.
What to do: Change the wheel and update the wheel data in the tool management
mask. You can cancel the internal lock again with Activate Data.
65009 Change wheel: Z limit reached!!!
Situation: During Machining Dressing and when the wheel data is activated.
Conse-
quences: The wheel cannot be edited or activated.
Meaning: The control program checks whether the limit value set in the tool
management mask has been reached, then outputs the message.
What to do: Change the wheel and update the wheel data in the tool management
mask. You can cancel the internal lock again with Activate Data.
65010 Change diamond: limit not reached
Situation: When the PA 31K diamond is measured.
Conse-
quences: The measuring program is interrupted.
Meaning: The wear limit has been exceeded by the active diamond.
What to do: Either replace the diamond or adjust the war limit value.
65011 Invalid diamond no.
Situation: When the PA 31K diamond is changed or during pre-dressing parallel
to the axis.
Conse-
quences: The PA 31K diamond change and all machining operations are locked.
Pre-dressing is locked.
Meaning: You entered an invalid diamond number when changing the PA 31K
diamond. The numer must be between 7 and 10.
You entered an invalid table dressing tool for pre-dressing.
What to do: Enter the correct diamond number and change the diamond.
Enter the correct pre-dressing tool (1 or 2 for PA 120TC + pre-dressing
roller)
