Situation:

During a grinding operation.

Conse-
quences:

Grinding is locked.

Meaning:

Since the profile of the wheel is incomplete and its condition is not pro-
perly defined, it is not possible to continure grinding.

What to do:

Restart dressing and run the complete program again.

Machining stopped: reset Actual Values Grinding

Situation:

Machining Grinding/Dressing..

Conse-
quences:

Machining Grinding/Dressing is locked.

Meaning:

The dressing operation was interrupted when you updated the tool
data. The workpiece datum and the tool data are no longer vailid as a
result.

What to do:

Check the tool data for the active wheel and re-enter it if necessary; run
the “Actual Values Grinding“ function again.

Situation:

quences:

Machining Grinding/Dressing is locked.

Meaning:
