outlet must be checked and
repaired.
Fault in the power switch.
The power switch must be
replaced.
Abnormal noise audible
and the motor does not
start or runs slowly when
the power switch is
turned on.
Fault in the power switch's
contacts.
The power switch must be
replaced.
Blocked components.
The power tool must be checked
and repaired.
The motor speed drops as a
consequence of overloading.
Reduce the load.
The motor overheats.
Foreign objects in the motor.
Remove the foreign objects.
Lack of lubricant or contaminated
lubricant.
Add or change lubricant.
Excessively high pressure.
Reduce the load.
Heavy sparking at the
commutator.
Short-circuited rotor.
The rotor must be replaced.
Worn or blocked carbon brushes.
The carbon brushes must be
checked and if necessary
replaced.
Uneven surface on the
commutator.
Clean or sand the surface of the
commutator.
