7.1.3
Manual setting of the Hall pulses with automatic balancing
Switch off the control unit, then remove the cover of the terminal compartment.
Attention
The DIP switches must only be switched in a zero-volts state!
Set DIP switches 1 + 6 to ON, then switch the control unit back on. “Reading in Hall values” with
filter-specific maximum and minimum values is output to the display.
Move the linear drive with key
or
until the maximum and minimum values no longer change.
Manual setting is ended.
Switch on the control unit and set DIP switches 1 + 6 back to OFF.
Switch the control unit back on by pressing the key
(5 seconds).

assistance of JUDO customer service!
Switch off the control unit and disconnect the linear drive from the control unit.
Reinstall the linear drive correctly in the motor mounting.
Correctly reattach the cover of the terminal compartment on the control unit.
Reconnect the linear drive with the control unit, switch on and, if necessary, reprogram according to
the local requirements (see Chap. 5.4 - 5.5).

Replacing the solenoid valve
Switch off the control unit and unscrew the device plug of the solenoid valve.
Stop the control medium supply, then remove the control medium connection at the solenoid valve.
Remove the solenoid valve from the shut-off valve pneumatic drive.
If necessary seal connection A of the new solenoid valve (see Chap. 3.5.3) using PTFE tape and
install it preferably with the drive up on the diaphragm valve.
Re-attach the control medium connection and the pressure relief line to the solenoid valve, then
release the control medium again.
Correctly refit the device plug again at the solenoid valve and switch the control unit on again.
