1. Avoiding using the welder in the surrounding where is harmful, corroding, combustible or explosive gas or substance,
or there is extreme dust.
2. In extreme humidity or dust circumstance, before it is powered, the insulation resistance between the output end and
the input end, and that between the two ends and the respective machines should be measured if it is lower 0.5Ω,it
should not be used before checking and getting rid of the problems.
3. The ground bolt should be connected with ground before it is power and the resistance should not be higher than 0.4Ω.
4. When connecting: the power supply voltage should match with the inputting voltage of the welder, It is forbidden to
connect 220V to 380V.
5. Enough section is available on the welder cable wires and the power line, and the connecting is sound and reliable, the
longer the cable wires are, the more section is needed in order to keep the total voltage than 4V.
6. Operate the welder in accordance with the loading in the nameplate. Otherwise it should be damage because of
extreme heat.
