8.5.7 To attach the hydraulic hoses

Tighten the couplings with a 25 Nm torque.
1. Connect the rear couplings on all the hoses to make

sure that they are in the correct position in the

package. Connect green to the front connection on

the hydrostatic transmission. Connect red to the rear

and black to the tank.

2. Keep the green and black hoses together.
3. Start winding the hose protection 115±20 mm from

the center of the green hose connection on the

hydrostatic transmission. Put the end of the hose

protection between the 2 hoses and wind the

protection 4-5 turns.

4. Put the red hose to the left side of the package.
5. Wind the hose protection around all 3 hoses until

80-100 mm from the sleeve on the black hose.

6. Connect the front end of the hoses to their pipes.

8.5.8 To bleed the drive system

CAUTION: Read

To keep the hydraulic system

clean on page 29 before the hydraulic system is

repaired.

CAUTION: Air can go into the system. Do not

run the transmission oil tank empty while you

bleed the drive system. Fill the transmission oil

tank fully when it is filled.

CAUTION: Do not operate the speed pedals

when the controls for the clutch valves is

disengaged.

1. Put the product on the adjustment tool for wheel

speed. See

Servicing tools on page 12

2. Remove the transmission cover.
3. Attach an exhaust hose.

WARNING: Engine exhaust contains

poisonous carbon monoxide.

4. Fill the transmission tank with oil. Wait some

minutes and fill the transmission oil tank again.

5. Turn the wheels by hand and fill the transmission oil

tank again.
