4.4 JDU primary Controls
The JDU has 3 primary controls:
Jet Master Switch (OFF
– ON)
Jet Control toggle switch (RET
– EXT – RUN)
Jet Thrust Dial

The Jet Master switch is a 2 position ON-OFF toggle switch, while the
Jet Control switch is a 3-position toggle switch.
The Jet Thrust Dial consists of a rotary dial combined with a push
button. The rotating dial is used to adjust the throttle setting, and to
enter information in the settings and configuration mode.
