Defrost Start Times:
This section can be used to define up to six defrost start times. These
times must be given in the 24-hour clock format (e.g., 6:00 p.m. must be entered as 18:00).
Duration:
This defines
the maximum length of
the defrost cycle.
Runoff:
This defines the
dripping time after
defrost.
Manual Defrost:
These
three buttons are used to
manually begin a defrost
cycle, begin a runoff
cycle (dripping time), or
terminate a current
defrost cycle.
Termination:
Outputs:
This gives the I/O board location and type of defrost termination sensor.
This section defines the outputs that are controlled during defrost.
"Heat" output is
used to control an electric defrost heater, and the "Liquid Line" output is used to energize the
liquid line solenoid relay during defrost.
