Care & Maintenance

RIDING RANGE

THE MAXIMUM RANGE IS 12 MILES. HOWEVER, MANY FACTORS WILL AFFECT HOW FAR YOU CAN GO PER CHARGE:
• DRIVING SURFACE: A SMOOTH, FLAT SURFACE WILL INCREASE DRIVING DISTANCE.
• WEIGHT: MORE WEIGHT MEANS LESS DISTANCE.
• TEMPERATURE: RIDE, STORE, AND CHARGE THE REMIX ABOVE 50°F.
• MAINTENANCE: TIMELY BATTERY CHARGING OF UP TO 4 HOURS PER CHARGE WILL INCREASE DRIVING DISTANCE. 
• DRIVING STYLE: FREQUENT STARTING AND STOPPING WILL REDUCE DRIVING DISTANCE.

CLEANING THE REMIX

• TO CLEAN THE REMIX, CAREFULLY WIPE WITH A DAMP CLOTH, THEN DRY WITH A DRY CLOTH. 
• DO NOT USE WATER TO CLEAN THE REMIX, AS THE ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONIC SYSTEMS MAY GET WET, 
RESULTING IN PERSONAL INJURY OR MALFUNCTION OF THE REMIX. 
• IF THE ELECTRIC PARTS OR BATTERY GET WET, DO NOT POWER ON THE REMIX. PLEASE CONTACT JETSON CUSTOMER 
CARE FOR ASSISTANCE.

BATTERY

• KEEP AWAY FROM FIRE AND EXCESSIVE HEAT. 
• AVOID INTENSE PHYSICAL SHOCK, SEVERE VIBRATION, OR IMPACT. 
• PROTECT FROM WATER OR MOISTURE.
• DO NOT DISASSEMBLE THE REMIX OR ITS BATTERY.
• CONTACT JETSON CUSTOMER CARE IF THERE ARE ANY ISSUES WITH THE BATTERY.

STORAGE

• FULLY CHARGE THE BATTERY BEFORE STORING. THE BATTERY SHOULD BE FULLY CHARGED ONCE A MONTH AFTER THIS.
• STORE THE REMIX INDOORS IN A DRY PLACE.
• COVER THE REMIX TO PROTECT AGAINST DUST.

ONE-YEAR GENERAL LIMITED WARRANTY

All new Jetson products, excluding parts and accessories, are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship 
for a period of one year from the date of original retail purchase when used in accordance with Jetson's user manuals 
(refer to ridejetson.com/support).

Under this warranty, you will be able to direct your claims to Jetson even in situations where you purchased the 
Jetson Product from one of our authorized retailers.
