USING THE ARMBAND
With the supplied ARMBAND, you can wear your unit on arm for convenient use.

After fitting the band to your arm

the excess could be cut off to avoid rubbing
under arm during physical activity

SETTING THE CLOCK TIME

. When you replace the batteries, the unit will automatically switch into time setting
and the time will blink. Or press and hold the POWER/BAND BUTTON (#1) to
switch the SAB-55B to standby mode.
