The chrome electric griddle system provides an evenly heated
cooking surface.
■
Be sure plastic film has been removed and wash with hot
water before first use.
■
To avoid scratching the griddle, do not place any pots
or pans on the griddle. Use only heat-resistant plastic or
wooden utensils.
■
The griddle surface is ready to use and does not need to
be seasoned.
■
Pouring cold water on a hot griddle may warp the
griddle, resulting in an uneven cooking surface.
