1. SAFETY
WARNING!
Use only the supplied mains
charger. Failure to comply with this instruction
could cause injury or cause a fire, and will
invalidate the warranty.
WARNING!
It is the user’s responsibility
to read, understand and comply with the
following electrical instructions:
• Inspect the charger plug, cable and
connector for damage before connecting
to the mains power supply to ensure
it is safe to use.
• Ensure the inspection lamp is fully charged
before initial use.
• Do not expose the light to damp or wet
conditions whilst charging.
• Do not handle, move or turn the inspection
lamp on during the charging period.
• Avoid shining the light in the direction of
another person’s or an animal’s eyes.
• Keep away from children.
• If the battery or the inspection lamp casing
is damaged, do not use.
• Charge before use and recharge the battery
pack every 3 months if it is not being used
for a long time. Always recharge the
battery after used.
• Do not open, disassemble, modify or
service the battery.
• Replace only with the correct battery
for this product.
• Recycle or dispose of used battery as
stipulated by local regulation.
• If the electrolyte in the cells gets on
your skin, thoroughly wash with
soap and water. If it gets in your eyes,
rinse thoroughly with cool water and seek
immediate medical attention.

2. CHARGING & BATTERIES
WARNING!
Ensure the correct rechargeable
batteries are installed before charging.
• Insert USB cable into mains plug and plug
into mains supply.
• Remove USB socket cover on side of
main body of inspection lamp.
• Connect the USB lead to the port on the
side of the main body and a USB power
socket (see fig 1).
Turn on the power supply.
• When charging has completed all four light
bars will illuminate to indicate
that the batteries have fully charged.
Turn off the power supply and remove
charging lead and replace socket cover.
INSTALLING BRC 18650 BATTERIES
Installing 2 x BRC 18650 batteries
• Twist the base of the inspection lamp in a
clockwise direction until the base complete
detaches from the body.
• Insert 2 x BRC 18650 batteries into the
allocated battery slot ensuring the polarity
is matching the polarity indicated on the
battery compartment (fig.2).
• Re-attach the battery compartment by
twisting the base unit in a clockwise
direction until it is fully tightened.

2 Press twice for low beam
3 Press three times for SOS flashing light
4 Press four times for quick strobe light
5 Press fifth time to switch off
