Radio Setup
System Information
When the Radio Setup button is pressed on the touchscreen, the system displays the radio setup information.
Setting Name Description
Traffic Announcement
This setting will pause the radio or media device to issue a traffic
announcement.
Alternative Frequency
This setting will turn on or off the ability for the frequency to automatically
maintain the strongest signal.
Regional
This setting will turn on or off the system in order to select from a network
station when the system is present in a different region.
DAB Announcements
This setting will turn on or off the ability to view different DAB
announcement categories.
When the System Information button is pressed on the touchscreen, the system displays the radio system information.
Setting Name Description
Software Licenses This setting will display the software licensing information screen.
Map Update — If Equipped
This setting will display different ways to update maps of the radio into
your system. “Download System Information To USB” and “Generate
Request Code” will appear as the two options to select from.
