Trigger Control
The camera allows Frame Start trigger controls to be performed via external trigger signals.
The Frame Start trigger allows exposure control via the trigger signal inputs.
Note:
The settings for exposure control and triggers are related to each other. Be sure to
configure the settings described in “
Configure Exposure and External Trigger Settings
”.
Shortest Repetition Period for Triggers
The reciprocal of the maximum frame rate is the time required to output one frame. The shortest
repetition periods for triggers cannot be lower than that value.
When Exposure Mode is Timed
Trigger Overlap: OFF
The below table indicates the shortest trigger periods for the shortest exposure times. By adding the
value of the exposure time you are using to the values in the table, you can determine the shortest
trigger periods under your own usage environment.
