First Step:

Listen to the customers description of the problem.

Second Step:

Attempt to see the customers described problem in
the system by operating the system just as they instructed.

Step Three:

Check line supply Voltage for 100 volt minimum

Step Four:

Completely unplug (power down the system), wait
15 seconds add power back and watch LCD screen to see if system comes
back on line. After power up retry system.

Step Five:

Run system Diagnostics (see pages 2,3,4), if system passes all tests begin
to check all cable connections by completely unplugging them then
reconnecting. After all connections are checked retry the system.

Step Six:

If the system fails any test check all cable connections by completely un
plugging them then reconnecting.
After all connections are checked retry system.

Step Seven:

Use diagnostics to help you decide which parts to start replacing. Try
replacing parts but do not install until you have tested them to make sure
the problem is fixed. You can do this by unplugging the mounted part in
question and plugging in the new unmounted part then powering up the
system and rechecking the system for proper operation.

Step Eight:

You can use the component trouble shooting guide to
help run down each individual component failure. The important thing is to
proceed one step at a time to isolate the symptom to one single cure.

Remember to:

RE-PACK all used, unused, functioning, non-functioning damaged

and undamaged parts back into the kit box. Next place the return label on top of the box
and give the kit box to any United Parcel drive or drop center. The system cycle is not
complete until iescontrols.com receives back the kit with all parts returned.

detailed description of its failure. ANY PARTS OR KITS NOT RETURNED WILL BE
BILLED AT 50% OF THE RETAIL VALUE.
