to do this.

devices. You may need to turn off the
power to your phone and then turn it back
on again.
• There may be interference present in your
environment; distance yourself from any
known wireless devices.

• You may need to reset the headset. This
can be done by placing the headset back
into the charging cradle for recharging (see

). Wait 5
seconds while the reset process completes.
Then you can disconnect the charger and
attempt to use your headset again.

• You have exceeded the 30 ft. wireless range.
• You may have pressed the
button too
long when you were answering or making a
call. The headset went into pairing mode.
To turn the headset off press and hold the
button for 3 seconds. You will NOT
have to pair your headset again.
